Convenience Store Lighting Design

1. System-Based Lighting Environment Design

Different product categories in convenience stores require corresponding lighting. A well-designed lighting system enhances product display and makes the store look brighter and more spacious.

We provided a full lighting system design for Orange Chain Store, offering sufficient overall illumination and a well-balanced combination of downlights, trunk lights, and tube lights. The straight aisle becomes more open and transparent under the lighting guidance.

According to public data as of 2025, PetroChina’s uSmile convenience stores operate 19,700 locations. They have adopted Blueview’s high-quality integrated LED lighting solutions for systematic in-store light layout.

Meiyijia now exceeds 35,000 stores, and Blueview provides comprehensive lighting solutions including high-quality modules, customized light strips, and power supplies—greatly enhancing the shopping experience.

2. Illuminating Convenience Store Brand Logos

The brand logo and smile icon of PetroChina’s uSmile convenience store utilize Blueview flexible strips, paired with neon effects to enhance ambience.
The roll-to-roll flexible strip used for the logo offers high quality and strong stability. Its long cascading capability simplifies installation and reduces time and labor cost.

The logo also features Blueview’s custom silicone extruded waterproof neon designed specifically for petroleum industry projects. With a top-bend structure, it delivers strong weather resistance and stable, reliable performance.

3. Ceiling Lighting & Decorative Lighting

uSmile stores use Blueview high-voltage back-lit modules for their stretch-fabric ceilings. The self-designed wide-beam optical lens delivers high brightness without flicker, and requires fewer units per square meter. The modules connect directly to mains power for easier installation.

Large-area stretch-fabric ceiling lighting ensures every shelf in Yummy Market convenience store is evenly illuminated. Complemented with different beam-angle track lights, key products are highlighted with precision.

4. Shelf Accent Lighting

In the LAWSON convenience store lighting design, we matched panel lights, track lights, and spotlights according to aisle and shelf requirements.
Overall color temperature is controlled within 3000K–4000K, with CRI above 83 in general areas. For zones requiring enhanced product texture, CRI is increased to 90, ensuring ideal presentation of highlighted items.

5. Digital Signage Applications

Digital signage represents the future direction of convenience stores. We introduced digital signage early into gas-station convenience stores, providing high-definition LED displays that enhance interactive and creative experiences.

The screens feature 4096-level grayscale control, offering sharp and vivid images with uniform color and high contrast. There are no mosaic or ghosting effects.
The modular design allows flexible adjustment of screen size, making system installation and maintenance more efficient.
